Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.

Together with my team at Movement Collective I will be running a charity class next Wednesday the 9th of December at our Studio in Broadway. Think of it as an hour of Studio Pilates for the price of only $12.50. This is a great way to get moving for a worthy cause. 

To add to it I will match the total donation of those who attend and let me burn their core muscles next week.
