In memory of a loved one

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.

Black Dog Institute is the only medical research institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan. Their aim is to create a mentally healthier world for everyone.

Your gift will support crucial mental health research and support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

Thank you.

Remember our members

Tuesday 16th Jun
Late last month we unfortunately got notification that one of senior members lost her father. This sparked conversations within not only our senior teams but across the club. Suicide and mental health is across all of us in some capacity. The committee has come together to not only support our beautiful member who has lost her father as she navigates this hard time but to also bring awareness and support to all of our members who are, have or known someone struggling. You are never alone, we are hear and we care.
