We're walking with mates for mental health awareness

Clubs for a Cause 2021 is a charity walk undertaken by community Clubs and their suppliers on the anniversary of the 2020 COVID shutdown announcement. The event is a collaborative project organised by volunteers from venues and industry suppliers alike to raise money for the Black Dog Institute and mental health research. The walk will take place on Saturday, 27th March from the Coolangatta Surf Club finishing at the Currumbin RSL.

Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.

Hi folks. I don’t usually ask for donations as I understand things are tough for many people, especially in these crazy times with everything that is going on.

Wednesday 3rd Mar
I will be walking with Clubs for a Cause on March 27th in aid of the Black Dog Institute, which is an amazing organisation dedicated to researching mental health for all ages. I know that mental health is something that has touched almost everyone’s lives, whether it be ourselves or our loved ones, and the research these guys do is so worthwhile. 
If you can spare even just a few $ or € I would very much appreciate it. Every little helps!
