Help me create a mentally healthier world
On November 30th, we’re ‘Walking About Talking’ because too often we don’t.
Our aim is to create awareness to the fact that when you’re going through something difficult (like a 50km walk or suffering mental illness) it would be much easier if you could talk (and therefore much harder by staying silent).
Too often we are seeing the impact of mental health struggles within our own friends and family and there still is not enough talk about it.
