Help me create a mentally healthier world
This
Saturday 30 November we will be joining a number of friends in Sydney to
complete a silent walk raising awareness for mental health. I will be walking
the 20km route, joining those who are walking an impressive 50km from Manly to
Bondi Beach
The fundraiser is aptly named ‘Walking About Talking’ - http://www.walkingabouttalking.com/. All money raised will go to the Black Dog Institute, an awesome charity that aims to reduce stigma and assist those suffering from mental illness in Australia. Mental health affects us all in some way and raising awareness to keep the conversation moving will continue to help wonderful charities like the Black Dog Institute.
