Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.

Personally, I'm doing this for myself, friends and family who suffer mental health challenges, to any magnitude. Unfortunately, I've had people in my own network who did lose their battle with mental health and so I want to do my part to help address and combat mental health challenges.
