7 days, 780 kilometres, 8,500 vertical metres,
In support of my long-standing charity partner The Black Dog Institute, I am proud to launch Ride4Lives 2026 – a fully supported coastal cycling challenge from Manly in Sydney to Byron Bay.
Why We Ride?
Mental illness affects millions of Australians – colleagues, friends, family members, and teammates. The work of the Black Dog Institute in research, education and suicide prevention is saving lives, but continued impact requires continued support.
I’ve always believed in showing up physically for causes that matter.
- Walked 110 kilometres in 24 hours from Palm Beach to Bondi Beach
- Cycled and rowed over 3,000 kilometres on stationary machines, with every kilometre representing a life lost to suicide in Australia that year
- Climbed 114,793 vertical metres in 75 hours through Climb4Lives
