I'm proud to be taking on Ride4lives with Precision Sourcing - an 8 day cycling challenge from Manly to Byron Bay supporting the important work of Black Dog Institute.

Over the course of the challenge I'll be pushing myself physically while helping raise funds for better mental health outcomes

Mental health affects all of us - our colleagues, friends, families and communities. That's why I'm proud to be part of a challenge that turns every kilometre into an opportunity to create positive impact.

The funds raised through Ride4Lives will support Black Dog Institute's work across mental health research, prevention, early intervention, and suicide prevention, helping turn world-leading research into real-world change.
